Please note it is not always possible for us to answer every email that we receive. We do try, but, regrettably on ocasion some mail does not get answered. There have been from time to time when the backlog of mail has got so large that we have had to close the mail box until it can be dealt with. This is not an ideal situation but at times we have no choice. Sorry about this.
